Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional therapy aims to treat the underlying causes and symptoms of ill health, support natural healing and promote optimal health with individually designed dietary and supplement programmes.

Nutritional therapists recognize the importance of balancing conventional medicine with a more holistic approach to health based on appropriate dietary and lifestyle changes.

Before the initial one hour consultation it is necssary to complete a questionnaire covering health history, lifestyle, symptoms and food diary. A personal dietary and supplement programme will then be supplied, which is specifically tailored to individual needs.

A follow up consultation of thirty minutes is recommended to review progress and make adjustments, if necessary. Diagnostic testing may also felt to be of value.
