Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is a very safe, simple, natural and gentle treatment performed with the receiver sitting in a chair. It is carried out through clothes, with or without the use of oil on the scalp, and takes 40 minutes to an hour. A brief history will be taken at the first treatment.

It can help the following conditions:

Muscle tension, aches and pains, neck pain, shoulder pain, stress, stiffness, poor skin tone, sleeplessness, depression, poor concentration, low energy levels, headaches, migraines, high blood pressure, feeling ‘run-down’, hair loss, dull/dry hair and eye strain.

Indian head massage involves the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face improving the local circulation to these areas, including the brain, eyes and jaw. The increased blood supply improves concentration and alertness.

A course of treatments is encouraged to enable the full benefit to be realized, therefore following the fifth massage the next is offered free.
