Ildiko is a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (MBACP), Sussex Counselling and a CCC registered counsellor.

She has a BACP accredited Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and additional specialist training to work with people affected by difficulties that require extra care and understanding (abuse, self-harm, addictions, suicidal thoughts).

Her approach to counselling is focused on creating an environment that helps you to feel safe to explore personal issues that may be troubling you. She is committed to be non-judgmental, respectful and her genuinely warm and gentle approach helps to build effective therapeutic relationships and rise above anxieties that you may have about counselling.
