Sports massage


Sports massage increases blood circulation to muscles that are underused, relieving chronic muscle tension throughout the body. It can also break down ‘knots’ deep in the muscles.

Massage increases flexibility and reduces stress and tension and is useful during rehabilitation following an injury or accident.

Deep tissue massage increases blood flow and helps excrete toxins from painful strained muscles.

Occupational pain develops with stress and repeatedly spending extensive time at a computer, desk or in the car. This can lead to tightness and pain in the neck and shoulders, leading to headaches, migraines and postural imbalances in the spine.
